Evolution Systems is a managed IT services provider headquartered in Mascot, Sydney. We have supported organisations here and across Australia since 2000, and we have held ISO 27001 certification since 2016.
We look after the day to day so your team does not have to: round-the-clock monitoring, a service desk your people can actually get hold of, proactive maintenance, cyber security, and backup and disaster recovery.
Several of our Sydney clients have been with us for more than a decade.
We agree exactly what is covered before you sign anything, and we revisit it as your environment changes.
No surprises in either direction.
We watch your systems around the clock and pick up faults as they happen, usually before anyone in your office notices something is wrong.
Patching and updates handled on a schedule, so known problems get closed off instead of waiting to become your problem.
Somewhere your staff can log an issue and get a real answer, covering devices, applications and access.
We deal with your IT suppliers so you are not stuck chasing three vendors who each say it is someone else’s fault.
Server, workstation and Microsoft 365 backups, set up so you can actually get your data back when it matters.
Endpoint protection, vulnerability management and access controls, delivered under our ISO 27001 certified processes.
Roadmap, lifecycle and budget planning, so IT spend is something you decide in advance rather than react to.
A fixed monthly fee scoped to your environment, which means no unplanned support invoices landing mid-quarter.
Business Services Manager Australian International Pilots Association
If this sounds like the kind of relationship you are after, we are easy to get hold of.
The Australian International Pilots Association has been with us for more than twelve years. Hunter Douglas Australia for more than ten. Aero Adapt describe themselves as long-standing customers. We think that is the most useful thing you can know about an IT partner, because winning an account is easy and keeping one for a decade is not.
Long relationships also mean we know your environment properly. There is a real difference between a provider reading your documentation for the first time during an incident and one that helped build it.
That’s exactly why our tagline is Now IT’s Personal.
Managed IT services cover the ongoing running of your IT under one monthly agreement. For us that means 24/7 monitoring, patching and maintenance, a service desk for your staff, cyber security, backup and disaster recovery, vendor management, and IT planning. Because it is all covered under the one agreement, your team logs an issue and we deal with it. There is no separate quote to approve first, which takes the delay and the admin out of every request.
No. Our head office is in Mascot, Sydney, and we support organisations across Australia as well as a number of international companies. Being headquartered in Sydney means Sydney clients get a local team, but it is not a limit on where we work.
Suite 6.04, 247 Coward Street, Mascot NSW 2020. You can reach us on +61 2 9304 4400. We have operated from Sydney since February 2000.
You pay a fixed monthly fee based on the size and complexity of your environment. The things that move the number are how many users you have, how many servers and what kind, which platforms you run, and what security and recovery standards you need to meet. We will give you a written scope and a monthly figure before you commit to anything.

Yes, and we have been since 2016, currently to ISO 27001:2022. Certification is not a one-off. We are reassessed through regular independent surveillance and recertification audits, and our managed services are delivered under those certified processes.
Yes, and a lot of our Sydney clients have their own IT staff. Usually we take on monitoring, out-of-hours cover and escalation so your team can get on with projects instead of resetting passwords. Several clients describe us as an extension of their team.
Gradually, not overnight. We document your environment, get monitoring in place, confirm access and licensing, and agree a handover date with your existing provider where that is possible. Your notice period with them usually sets the pace.
